DEPOSITS & CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations: A fee of $150.00 per person is required for each reservation. This is non refundable and will be applied to your balance upon arrival. In case of a medical emergency cancellation, you will have one year to rebook. Once you book your reservation, you are obligated for the dates reserved. Group reservations are to be paid in full prior to arrival.
Little House in the Woods & the Ranch House: A fee of $200 per person is required for each reservation. This is nonrefundable. In case of a medical emergency you will have one year to rebook your same reservation.
ALL RATES ARE SUBJECT TO 8.125% SALES TAX AND 10% GRATUITY.
CHECK-IN TIME IS 2:00 P.M. AND CHECK-OUT TIME IS BY 11:00 A.M. ON YOUR CHECK OUT DAY, YOU ARE WELCOME TO RIDE IN THE MORNING, AND STAY FOR LUNCH (OR WE WILL BE HAPPY TO PACK LUNCHES FOR THOSE NEEDING AN EARLIER START), BUT THE ROOMS MUST BE VACATED BY 11:00 A.M. TO INSURE ADEQUATE CLEANING TIME FOR OUR INCOMING GUESTS.
Summer rates effective May 25th through August 17th (2 night minimum Spring and Fall, 3 night minimum May 25th through August 17th) Our Week is 7 Nights!
